Where all survey data is being kept?

All data and surveys are located in our server in encrypted state. You can copy survey link and put it to your site and survey will be executed from our server. The e-mails send from Make Survey mailing list also goes from our e-mail server.

Can Make Survey be installed to our private server? What configuration of server is needed for that?

Yes, we can install Make Survey system to your server by purchasing Make Survey Engine. Make Survey system would require Windows server. Make Survey uses Access database, also it is possible to use MSSQL database.

While creating a survey I can choose the type of answers, like Edit, Matrix, Combo Box. Where could I view the types.

I have noticed that the number of fills in survey grid and responses editor is different, why?

Survey grid shows all responses both existing in database now and deleted using responses editor. Responses editor shows only the fills existing in current database.

I accidentally deleted Survey, is it possible to recover that?

If you have not saved changes yet, you can undo your action pressing "Refresh" button. After pressing „Save" recovery is impossible.

I can not send email questionnaires using Make Survey mailing list, why?

Check your account data as there in e-mail field should be your real e-mail address. You can change your data in Administration form.

In order to distribute invitations to survey participants, can I simply embed the research link into a regular e-mail message? Or do the invitations have necessarily to be made by Make Survey?

You can copy and paste your survey link to your own mailing list.

Is it possible to insert text or HTML code in survey?

Yes, it is possible, just use the Text or HTML question type to insert it.

I set up a free account and opened a survey. Can I upgrade and purchase a package, without losing my existing survey?

You will not loose your surveys created in trial account, after purchase we will mark trial account as registered.
